We are the direct manufacturer of a high - end tea brand from Sichuan, China. Our tea factory is located in Mengding Mountain, Sichuan, China, where the unique geographical environment and natural climate give birth to rich-flavored and fragrant tea leaves.
Our mission is dedicated to creating top - notch teas, enabling people around the world to experience the excellence of Chinese tea.

2. How to cancel the order?

We can't guarantee that your order can be cancelled immediately once the mailing process has started. Please contact us promptly, and we will do our utmost to assist you.   

3. How to pay?

4. Shipping and Delivery

Regarding transportation, the delivery times vary by country and region. We typically use sea or land or air transport to ship the products. Below are the estimated transportation times for different regions, assuming no natural or man-made disruptions (for reference only):

- Southeast Asia: Usually around 10 days
- Middle East: Usually around 15 days
- Central Asia: Usually around 15 days
- Europe: Usually around 20 days
- North America: Usually around 15 days
- South America: Usually around 30 days
- Australia: Usually around 30 days
- East Asia (Japan/Korea): Usually around 5-10 days

5. Returning policy

First of all, for the products you purchased from us, they must meet the return and exchange conditions. The products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must be in their original packaging. Once we receive your return request, we will verify it and then notify you via email whether the return is approved or rejected. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. In case of damaged items, the company will bear the return costs at our discretion.


6. When my order will be shipped

After receiving your confirmed order, we typically start preparing and packing the goods within 40 minutes, and commence the transportation within 48 hours.


7. How to track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and the shipping process begins, we will send the tracking number to your email, enabling you to keep track of the order status at any time.

 

8. How to solve the faulty one?

If the product you received is defective, please follow these steps: Contact our support center via email and provide us with your order number, your name, address, and detailed product information (quantity, Barcode). Attach a photo of the defective product to your email. Since all products are inspected before shipment, claims for defective products without attached photos will not be accepted.
